1. What data does PopArt Atelier process?  and companies associated with PopArt Atelier?

1.1.2. What personal data is processed by PopArt Atelier, when and why (purposes) are they processed?

In principle, we process your personal data whenever you contact us. This is the case if you:

Our web pages also use "Google Analytics", a web analysis service of Google Inc, (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). b) Materials from other websites, e.g. plugins

When you open a page of our website that contains a plug-in, your browser establishes a direct connection with the Facebook server. The provider sends the content of the plug-in directly to your browser and integrates it into the web page. 1.3. How to disable cookies

a) Cookie settings

2. What are your rights regarding your personal data?

2.1. Permission to access

 

According to data protection law, you have the right to know free of charge whether and which personal data PopArt Atelier processes about you. You must send us your request for information in writing with a copy of your identity document.

2.2. Right to rectification of your personal data

Data protection law provides that you have the right at any time to rectify your personal data if you notice that incorrect data relating to you is being processed. If you wish to have your personal data corrected, write an e-mail to  iinfo@popartatelier.com  . Don't forget to attach a copy of your ID.

2.3. Right to deletion of your personal data

 

When the processing of your personal data is no longer necessary, e.g. because there is no longer a contractual relationship with ideecadeau.ch, or if you no longer agree to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to demand the deletion of your data. We will delete your data provided that we have no other obligation to store your personal data, e.g. legal retention obligation.

You can request the deletion of your data in the following way: by sending us an email to info@popartatelier.com. Please attach a copy of your ID to your deletion request.

2.4. Right of opposition

When we have permission to process your personal data, you have the right to revoke your consent or express your refusal at any time. If the processing of your personal data is useful for marketing or advertising purposes, you can revoke your consent to the processing for these purposes in general or in relation to certain products or services at any time.

In addition, you have the possibility at any time to object to the receipt of advertising and the processing of your personal data for marketing and advertising purposes, when we do so on the basis of our legitimate interest to improve in our product and service offerings at all times. In such a case, we will not collect or process your personal data for this purpose in the future.

3. Data Security

PopArt Atelier operates secure data networks that meet the technical standards in force. Appropriate technical and organizational measures are put in place to knowingly protect your data against loss, destruction, falsification, manipulation or other unauthorized access by third parties.

Although PopArt Atelier uses all the means necessary to prevent the disclosure of data due to errors during the transfer of data and/or unauthorized access by third parties, it does not engage its responsibility vis-à-vis against such adverse events.
